Applicability<\/h2>\n    <p>These General Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between the merchant and the customers when accessing and purchasing from the site. Risk, lost and damaged shipments<\/h2>\n    <ul>\n      <li>The risk passes to the customer according to the applicable law and the chosen delivery method.<\/li>\n      <li>In case of damage\/missing: send photos of the packaging and the product \u2014 we will resend at our expense.<\/li>\n      <li>A lost shipment is recognized after: Europe - 20 days; USA\/Rest of World - 40 days from shipment.<\/li>\n      <li>If lost again, we provide a full refund.<\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n  <\/section>\n\n  <section id=\"withdrawal\">\n    <h2>10. In the event of a justified complaint, we provide repair\/replacement\/price reduction or termination of the contract and refund.<\/p>\n  <\/section>\n\n  <section id=\"returns\">\n    <h2>Unclaimed\/returned shipments<\/h2>\n    <p>The costs of re-sending are at the customer&#039;s expense. Change of address<\/h2>\n    <p>It is not possible after finalizing the order. Intellectual property<\/h2>\n    <p>The content of the site (texts, images, graphics, logos, design) is protected.
