Applicability<\/h2>\n    <p>These General Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between the merchant and the customers when accessing and purchasing from the site. By checking the checkbox at the checkout, the customer confirms that he is familiar with and accepts these terms and conditions.<\/p>\n  <\/section>\n  <section id=\"definitions\">\n    <h2>3. Definitions<\/h2>\n    <p><strong>&quot;Client\/User&quot;<\/strong> \u2014 a person who visits the site and\/or places an order. <strong>&quot;Products&quot;<\/strong> \u2014 posters, photographs, 3D-printed gifts and related items. <strong>&quot;Personalized goods&quot;<\/strong> \u2014 products by individual request\/file\/inscription.<\/p>\n  <\/section>\n  <section id=\"account\">\n    <h2>4. Account and access<\/h2>\n    <p>Registration is optional. The customer is responsible for the confidentiality of their login details. The merchant may restrict access or terminate accounts in case of abuse or violations.<\/p>\n  <\/section>\n  <section id=\"prices\">\n    <h2>5. Product and pricing information<\/h2>\n    <ul>\n      <li>Prices are displayed in <strong>EUR\/USD\/BGN<\/strong> (as specified) and include VAT where applicable.<\/li>\n      <li><strong>EU and UK:<\/strong> \u0414\u0414\u0421 is calculated at the end of the order.<\/li>\n      <li><strong>USA:<\/strong> Customs duties are calculated at the end of the order and are brought to customs by us.<\/li>\n      <li>Transportation is calculated at checkout; <strong>free shipping<\/strong> for orders over <strong>\u20ac100 \/ $<\/strong>.<\/li>\n      <li>In the event of an obvious error in price\/description, we reserve the right to make corrections or cancel with a refund of any amounts paid.<\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n  <\/section>\n  <section id=\"order\">\n    <h2>6. Order and conclusion of a contract<\/h2>\n    <p>The order is an offer to purchase. The contract is considered concluded upon email confirmation and\/or status &quot;Sent&quot;. Payment<\/h2>\n    <p>Card payments (via payment operator), PayPal\/Stripe (if enabled), as well as <strong>cash on delivery<\/strong> for Bulgaria. Risk, lost and damaged shipments<\/h2>\n    <ul>\n      <li>The risk passes to the customer according to the applicable law and the chosen delivery method.<\/li>\n      <li>In case of damage\/missing: send photos of the packaging and the product \u2014 we will resend at our expense.<\/li>\n      <li>A lost shipment is recognized after: Europe - 20 days; USA\/Rest of World - 40 days from shipment.<\/li>\n      <li>If lost again, we provide a full refund.<\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n  <\/section>\n  <section id=\"withdrawal\">\n    <h2>10. Right of withdrawal and cancellation before production<\/h2>\n    <p>Consumers in Bulgaria and other EU countries have the right to cancel the purchase of non-personalized products without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the goods.<\/p>\n    <p>Personalized products and goods made to the individual requirements of the customer \u2014 for example, based on a personal photo, own file, name, inscription or individual design \u2014 are not subject to return due to a change of mind and the statutory 14-day withdrawal period without reason does not apply to them. This does not limit the rights in the event of a defect, non-conformity or incorrectly performed personalization. The production itself after receiving the order or the choice between standard catalog options does not automatically make the product personalized.<\/p>\n    <p>We provide an additional option to cancel the order, including for a personalized product, if we receive the request before production begins and before shipping. Send the order number immediately to contact@art3deco.com. In the event of cancellation under these conditions, we will refund the payment received for the order. After production has begun, this voluntary right to cancel a personalized product does not apply; rights in the event of defect or non-conformity remain reserved. For non-personalized products, the statutory right of withdrawal is not limited by the start of production.<\/p>\n    <p>Notify us of the refusal with a clear statement of <a href=\"mailto:contact@art3deco.com\">contact@art3deco.com<\/a>. Send the goods back no later than 14 days after notification. You are only liable for the diminished value resulting from processing other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.<\/p>\n    <p>When exercising the statutory right of withdrawal, we will refund the price paid for the returned goods and the costs of the original standard delivery, where required by applicable law. The direct costs of returning a non-defective product are at the customer&#039;s expense. We will not refund the surcharge for a more expensive delivery chosen instead of the cheapest standard delivery offered by the store.<\/p>\n    <p>The refund shall be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notification of the statutory withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or proof of sending them back, whichever occurs first. Complaints and guarantees<\/h2>\n    <p>In the event of a justified complaint for a defective, damaged, incorrectly delivered or non-conforming product, the necessary transport costs for returning to us and for sending the repaired or replacement product to the customer are at the expense of Art3Deco. The applicable solution \u2014 repair, replacement, price reduction or termination of the contract and refund \u2014 is determined in accordance with the consumer&#039;s legal rights.<\/p>\n    <p>Complaints are accepted within the applicable legal deadlines. For assistance, please send the order number and a description of the problem to <a href=\"mailto:contact@art3deco.com\">contact@art3deco.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n  <\/section>\n  <section id=\"returns\">\n    <h2>Unclaimed\/returned shipments<\/h2>\n    <p>The costs of re-sending are at the customer&#039;s expense. If the customer exercises the right of withdrawal (if any), the rules in Art. 10 apply.<\/p>\n  <\/section>\n  <section id=\"address\">\n    <h2>13. Change of address<\/h2>\n    <p>It is not possible after finalizing the order. In case of an error, contact us immediately; we will assist if the shipment has not yet been handed over to the courier.<\/p>\n  <\/section>\n  <section id=\"ip\">\n    <h2>14. Intellectual property<\/h2>\n    <p>The content of the site (texts, images, graphics, logos, design) is protected. Copying\/distribution without written consent is prohibited, except for personal non-commercial use.<\/p>\n  <\/section>\n  <section id=\"prohibited\">\n    <h2>15. Unauthorized actions<\/h2>\n    <p>Attempts to breach security, automated data extraction without consent, provision of false data, fraudulent payments, and other actions that violate the law or good morals are prohibited.<\/p>\n  <\/section>\n  <section id=\"liability\">\n    <h2>16. Limitation of liability<\/h2>\n    <ul>\n      <li>We are not responsible for indirect\/consequential damages, lost profits and delays due to reasons beyond our control (couriers, customs, force majeure).<\/li>\n      <li>We do not warrant fitness for any specific purpose other than ordinary use.<\/li>\n      <li>Nothing herein excludes liability for intent, gross negligence or the consumer&#039;s statutory rights.<\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n  <\/section>\n  <section id=\"force-majeure\">\n    <h2>17. Force Majeure<\/h2>\n    <p>A party is not liable for non-performance due to unforeseeable and unavoidable circumstances (e.g. disasters, war, strikes, service interruptions). Applicable law and dispute resolution<\/h2>\n    <p>Bulgarian law is applicable. Disputes are resolved by mutual agreement, and in case of failure - by the competent Bulgarian court.
