Where do we ship from?

We ship from Gorna Oryahovitsa, BulgariaWe ship to Bulgaria, EU, UK, USA/Canada and the rest of the world (see "Restrictions").

Order processing

Standard processing/manufacturing: 3 business daysOrders placed after the end of the business day are considered the next business day.

Shipping methods

  • Bulgaria: Post One, Bulgarian Posts, Econt (to address or office).
  • International: Post One, Bulgarian Posts; if desired — FedEx.

All shipments are with trackingThe number is visible in the customer's profile and/or is sent to an email upon delivery to a courier.

Packaging

Posters are sent to hard tubes or sturdy boxes with appropriate protection. We use eco/recyclable materialswhen possible.

Cash on delivery and personal collection (Bulgaria)

  • Cash on delivery: yes (via Econt).
  • Personal receipt: yes, at a courier office.

Duties and taxes

  • USA: The duties are included at the end of the order and so paid by us.
  • Europe and UK: VAT is included at the end of the order and paid by us.

Restrictions

We do not ship to: Russia и North Korea.
P.O. Box: allowed (if the local operator supports it).

Change of address

No is possible after finalizing the order. If there is an error, contact us immediately.

Unclaimed/returned shipments

Resending costs are for customer account.

Damaged, missing or lost shipments

  • In case of damage or missing: send it to us photos of the product and packaging; we we will send again at our expense.
  • Lost shipment is recognized after:
    • Europe: 20 days from shipment
    • USA and rest of the world: 40 days from shipment
  • At losing again we carry out full recovery.

Tracking

Follow the status of the shipment via the tracking number in My orders (requires login) and/or from the submission confirmation email.
