2. Applicability

These General Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between the merchant and the customers when accessing and purchasing from the site. By checking the checkbox at the checkout, the customer confirms that he is familiar with and accepts these terms and conditions.

3. Definitions

"Client/User" — a person who visits the site and/or places an order. "Products" — posters, photographs, 3D-printed gifts and related items. "Personalized goods" — products by individual request/file/inscription.

4. Account and access

Registration is optional. The customer is responsible for the confidentiality of their login details. The merchant may restrict access or terminate accounts in case of abuse or violations.

5. Product and pricing information

• Prices are displayed in EUR/USD/BGN (as specified) and include VAT where applicable.
• EU and UK: ДДС is calculated at the end of the order.
• USA: Customs duties are calculated at the end of the order and are brought to customs by us.
• Transportation is calculated at checkout; free shipping for orders over €100 / $.
• In the event of an obvious error in price/description, we reserve the right to make corrections or cancel with a refund of any amounts paid.

6. Order and conclusion of a contract

The order is an offer to purchase. The contract is considered concluded upon email confirmation and/or status "Sent". Refusal/cancellation is possible in the event of unavailability, incorrect data or suspected fraud, with a refund of the payment.

7. Payment

Card payments (via payment operator), PayPal/Stripe (if enabled), as well as cash on delivery for Bulgaria. Payments are processed through secure systems.

8. Delivery

• Operators: Post One, Bulgarian Posts, Econt (BG); upon request — FedEx (international)
• Processing: up to 3 business days
• Deadlines (without processing): BG 1–3 days; Europe and UK up to 7 days; USA/Canada up to 20 days; Rest of the world up to 25 days
• Tracking: always on — the number is in the customer's profile and/or email
• Limitations: no deliveries to Russia and North Korea; PO Box - acceptable with local carrier support

9. Risk, lost and damaged shipments

• The risk passes to the customer according to the applicable law and the chosen delivery method.
• In case of damage/missing: send photos of the packaging and the product — we will resend at our expense.
• A lost shipment is recognized after: Europe - 20 days; USA/Rest of World - 40 days from shipment.
• If lost again, we provide a full refund.

10. Right of withdrawal (EU consumers only)

• 14 days for cancellation without reason from receipt.
• Exception: personalized goods made to order (non-refundable).
• Products are returned unused, in commercial condition; return costs are for the customer (except in case of defect/non-conformity).
• Refund within 14 days of notification; possible withholding until receipt of goods or proof of shipment.

11. Complaints and guarantees

In case of non-compliance with the contract, the customer may file a complaint within a reasonable time in accordance with the applicable legislation. In the event of a justified complaint, we provide repair/replacement/price reduction or termination of the contract and refund.

Unclaimed/returned shipments

The costs of re-sending are at the customer's expense. If the customer exercises the right of withdrawal (if any), the rules in Art. 10 apply.

13. Change of address

It is not possible after finalizing the order. In case of an error, contact us immediately; we will assist if the shipment has not yet been handed over to the courier.

14. Intellectual property

The content of the site (texts, images, graphics, logos, design) is protected. Copying/distribution without written consent is prohibited, except for personal non-commercial use.

15. Unauthorized actions

Attempts to breach security, automated data extraction without consent, provision of false data, fraudulent payments, and other actions that violate the law or good morals are prohibited.

16. Limitation of liability

• We are not responsible for indirect/consequential damages, lost profits and delays due to reasons beyond our control (couriers, customs, force majeure).
• We do not warrant fitness for any specific purpose other than ordinary use.
• Nothing herein excludes liability for intent, gross negligence or the consumer's statutory rights.

17. Force Majeure

A party is not liable for non-performance due to unforeseeable and unavoidable circumstances (e.g. disasters, war, strikes, service interruptions). The deadlines are extended by the duration of the event.

19. Changes to the terms and conditions

We may update the Terms and Conditions in the event of changes in the services or legislation. The new version will be published on the site and will apply from the date of publication (or the date specified). For orders already placed, the terms and conditions at the time of the order will apply.

20. Applicable law and dispute resolution

Bulgarian law is applicable. Disputes are resolved by mutual agreement, and in case of failure - by the competent Bulgarian court. Users can also use out-of-court dispute resolution (e.g. through the CPC/ODR platform of the EU).
